01. Price Basis.                  : FOB Kolkata/Haldia Port West Bengal (Eastern India).     

02. Freight.                       : Extra as actual, through your authorized mode at your cost.

03. Payments.                   : Advance by TT

04. Inspection.                   : If required to be done at our work place, Prior to dispatch at the cost of buyer.         

05. Minimum Quantity.       : 1000Pcs in Jute/Cotton Bags each design/color, in Other Products minimum Value greater than usd 800$.

06. Design & Printing         : any specific design & Print details will be provided by your goodself in JPEG / PDF /Illustrator format. We prefer readymade artwork from buyers.

06. Packing.                      : Bags are packed in Cardboard Cartons. Any additional required packing like individual poly packing can be done on-demand at additional cost.

07. Delivery.                     : 5-10 weeks after order confirmation & receipt of advance payment whichever is later and after final approval of customization if any. However, if you have any specific deadline, we will be happy to help in the best possible way.

08. Offer Validity              : Our offer is valid for 3days only, thereafter Subject to our confirmation.

09. Insurance.                   : Will be in your scope and are Extra.

10. Wash Care                  : Do not wash. Dry clean only .

11. Certification & Third Party Inspection : Will be in the scope of buyer / will be charged extra.

12. Over & Under Runs      : We reserve the right to ship and bill 5 percent over/under the ordered quantity. If under runs are unacceptable, kindly let us know while sending us your enquiry.

13. Size & Color.               : Due to the manufacturing process, the final size may vary up to +/- 1.5 cm, Due to the nature of the fibre, color fastness on jute is not guaranteed. Also, there may be slight variations in color shades from one lot to another

14. Add-Ons.                     : If any will be charged extra and tobe specified at the time of order.

Force majeure clause is applicable on sale of material.
